Who We Are
Our Purpose
In Matthew 28:19-20, Jesus charged all believers to "go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit." Our purpose is to obey that call by glorifying God and making disciples.
Our Mission
Revelation 7:9-12 describes people "of all nations, tribes, people groups, and tongues" gathering to worship the Lord. We're on a mission to reach as many people in Adams County and beyond with the Gospel of Christ.
Our Vision
Colossians 3:12-14 commands us as the body of Christ to "clothe [ourselves] with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience." Our vision relies on caring, sharing, reaching, and discipling to spread the good news.
What We Believe
Memorial Baptist Church is located in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, less than 2 miles from the heart of historic Gettysburg.
We're a member of the Southern Baptist Convention, and locally affiliated with the Baptist Resource Network (BRN) of Pennsylvania/South Jersey and the Keystone Baptist Association.
